If you want to work with someone who knows this business inside out, is professional, does what he says he is going to do and has a heart of gold, Tom's your guy. He has over 30 years experience which means most any issue you have come up, he has dealt with before. Whether you are building a home from the ground up, buying resale or listing your current home, his expertise and attention to detail, ability to negotiate and stay on top of the paperwork are just a few things that have made him successful. I referred an old school friend to Tom last year to list her parents home after they passed. Even though the home was an older, it had great sentimental value. Her father built the home from the ground up and raised her and her siblings there. She interviewed a few agents and said that Tom set himself apart right away with his professionalism, asking questions about the history of the home and taking the time to explain the listing process. Tom got the listing and had it under contract and closed in a very short period of time. This was an emotional time for her and her family and he made it so much easier. She was very grateful. When my daughter wanted to buy her first home, Tom was our guy. He stepped up as her buyer agent and handled the purchase from start to finish. She bought a home that was under construction. As my daughter's POA, I was the one working on this deal with Tom because she was traveling and getting married during the contract period. His work negotiating the offer, working with the listing agent, finding a new lender (the one we chose couldn't close us at the last minute due to their inability to escrow for sod) was nothing short of stellar. He stayed on top of the construction process and the paperwork There were many points during this process that this deal could have fallen apart but Tom's knowledge and professional manner kept the it going strong. My daughter closed on her new home last week and just moved in. She is happy and grateful that Tom took her on and worked for her. She had a "wish" list of things she wanted in her new home and he made it all happen. Another happy client. Thanks Tom!
